Glass Bottom Boat Tours
ALPENA - This summer, tourists and locals will see a side of Alpena very few have experienced: the underwater side. Pictured Rocks Cruises, Inc. will dock a new 65-foot boat, the Lady Michigan, behind the Thunder Bay Marine Sanctuary and offer glass-bottom boat tours.Each cruise will last about two hours and head toward Thunder Bay Island to ensure the viewing of one lighthouse and two shipwrecks.Tours will begin in June and continue through the color season.
